Why are parts of my Trak Racer order arriving separately?

Simulator orders can contain several large cartons and accessories, and they may be fulfilled or scanned separately by the carrier.

Check all tracking numbers associated with the order before reporting a missing item. If every tracking number shows delivered and an item is still missing, use the Help Center chatbot with the order number and the missing product/part.
