Trak Racer warranty coverage is product-specific. Do not assume that every Trak Racer product has the same warranty period.
The current general FAQ states a minimum one-year warranty and says rigs/frames can have longer coverage, but current product pages show several different warranty structures. The current product page for the exact product/SKU is the primary reference for the warranty term and covered component.
Examples of current warranty structures
- Some simulator cockpits and many mounts/accessories state a 5-year warranty.
- Some current cockpits, including TR5, state a 2-year warranty.
- Several racing and flight seats separate coverage: typically 2 years for the structural shell/frame and 1 year for upholstery on the cited current products.
- Some monitor stands state a 3-year replacement warranty.
- Some aluminium/hardware accessories state a lifetime replacement warranty with exclusions.
How to make a warranty claim
- Open the chatbot in this Help Center.
- Provide the order number and exact product/SKU.
- Describe the problem and when it started.
- Attach clear photos or video when they help show the fault.
Support will confirm the applicable warranty and next steps based on the product, purchase and nature of the issue.
