How long does Trak Racer take to inspect a returned item?
The storefront FAQ states that the return inspection/process normally takes about 1–2 weeks after the returned goods are received.
The item can be checked for identity/serial number, completeness, external and internal condition, and whether the issue is a manufacturer fault, customer damage or no fault found.
