For a change-of-mind return, the correct Trak Racer policy for this Help Center is 14 days from the date you receive the order.

Start the return through the Help Center chatbot within that period and keep the product unused, uninstalled, complete and in the required packaging.

If you are outside the 14-day period, the return may be subject to the 10% restocking fee and other applicable conditions.
